2. We shall refund the cost of goods sold only: if request for refund occurs within 14 days of the receipt of goods, while the returned goods are unused and shipped back with original packaging.
3. You will get a full refund (cost of goods sold plus shipping): in case the goods are returned due to defects; and the fault (defect) is from our side.

2. We shall refund up to 80% of cost of goods sold, if request for refund happens after 14 days of the receipt of goods, while the returned goods are unused and shipped back with the original packaging.
3. You will get a partial refund (up to 60% of cost of goods sold), if the fault (defect) is not on us, and the package is opened or the returend goods are used.
1. “14 days” is counted from the day of your receipt of goods.
2. Within 4 weeks after our receipt of the returned goods, you may receive the refund. ( “4 weeks” is a conservitive estimation. It depends on the actual shipping schedule and the processing time of the bank or credit card company)
3. We will offer you a refund based on your original method of payment and inform you the result of the refund via email.
