Shipping Information

Shipping cost is charged by the weight of the order; choose the country of destination and our system will calculate it for you automatically. Since actual weight may deviate from the weight calculated/ stipulated, we shall return whatever difference back to your account as credit in case of overcharge.

The delivery service we offer is express service that covers DHL, EMS and UPS.

Usually, goods shall be shipped out within 3-10 working days. For some rare/unique products, 3-4 extra days are needed. With Express Service, 3 - 4 working days delivery time are needed, worldwide (excluding P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses).

Please note: 1. There are occasions due to Customs holdups or lack of immediate receiver at the destinations. We are not responsible for the extra delay caused by such incidents.
2. When you receive the goods, please unpack the goods in front of the courier immediately. If there is any problem, you should take a picture of the goods and send us the photo as soon as possible. Then we will contact the express company.
3. Regarding the tariff on imported goods, it depends on the import regulations of destination. Most of countries (i.e. the USA, Australia, Japan, South Korea, etc.) allow free trade on the internet and will not charge for the tariff.

Sea freight goes by cubic meters of 1 as minimum, which is about the size of 48 toner cartridges---the type for XEROX 3500 printers, and air freight goes by 50kg as minimum. To lower cost of transportation, please see the following tables for reference.
