All the ink cartridges, inks, toner cartridges and toners are manufactured under a strict ISO 9001: 2000 international quality management standard certification system. During the entire procedure, from incoming material to final production, the following technical tests are performed.
Ink Cartridges
- Life Test: Test the chemical stabilizationof ink cartridges to ensure a 2- year minimum shelf life.
- Corrosion Test: Test the PH of inks to ensure sprinkle-nozzles not be damaged.
- Environmental Test: Test the stabilization of ink cartridges under a tough environment, such as big temperature swing, change of atmospheric pressure, strong lighting and poor transportation, to ensure the performance be optimal.
- Waterproof Test: Test the diosmosis of inks to ensure graphics and characters not blur, diverse, or fade in water.
- Wearproof Test: Test viscosity of inks to ensure graphics and characters resist damage from friction.
- Printing Test: Test the performance of ink cartridges to ensure lines be smooth and intact, colors be balanced and pure, and inks not leak while in printing.
Inks
- Safety Test: Test inks to ensure they are nontoxic and nonharmful to human bodies.
- Medium Test: Test inks to ensure their high compatibility. Make sure that they work on normal papers, inkjet papers, photo quality inkjet papers, and films etc.
- Environmental Test: Test the stabilization of inks while being printed under a big temperature shock. Ensure inks be stabilized in all kinds of environments.
- Corrosion Test: Test the PH of inks to ensure sprinkle-nozzles not be damaged.
- Waterproof Test: Test the diosmosis of inks to ensure graphics and characters not blur, diverse, or fade in water.
- Wearproof Test: Test viscosity of inks to ensure graphics and characters resist damage from friction.
- Chromato-Test: Test the color of inks to ensure color integrity.
Toner Cartridges
- Physical Test: Test mechanical functions and noises of toner cartridges when they are running; to ensure capability of physical characteristics dictated by the ISO standards.
- Recycling Test: Test the recyclability of toner cartridges to ensure the production of toner cartridges meet the international environmental protection standards.
- Life Test: Test the life of toner cartridges, sensitizers especially. Ensure life be over two cycles and their chemical stability be over one year.
- Environmental Test: Test the stabilization of toner cartridges under a tough environment, such as big temperature swing, change of atmospheric pressure, strong lighting and poor transportation, to ensure the performance be optimal.
- Waterproof Test: Test the diosmosis of toners to ensure graphics and characters not blur, diverse, or fade in water.
- Wearproof Test: Test viscosity of toners to ensure graphics and characters resist damage from friction.
- Capacity Test: Test the volume of pages that toner cartridges which are produced by standard producing procedures can print. Ensure that toner cartridges meet the best price performance ratio.
- Imprint Test: Test the capability of toner cartridges, especially for the diosmosis of toners to vegetable parchments, to satisfy the needs of special industries.
- Printing Test: Test the print out quality toner cartridges under various parameters to ensure graphics and characters be dark enough, bright enough, and clear enough.
Toners
- Medium Test: Test toners to ensure the high compatibility. Make sure that they can be printed on normal papers, laser papers, films, and vegetable parchments etc.
- Waterproof Test: Test the diosmosis of toners to ensure graphics and characters not blur, diverse, or fade in water.
- Wearproof Test: Test viscosity of toners to ensure graphics and characters resist damage from friction.
- Performance Test: Test functional indicators of toners, including the blackness (above 1.4), base gray (below 0.08), and resolution (above 600 dpi), to ensure functional integrity.
